They've done a very good job and the lawn looks fantastic. The chap for the quote came on time and on schedule, was willing to be competitive on pricing (though this is a very good product, so don't expect rock bottom pricing) and the installation team did everything on time and on schedule. They only missed the five star rating because the installation guy initially was grumpy and started saying lots of things weren't right and was generally complaining about nothing. But as soon as he cheered up, he turned into a nice guy. He later apologised for his initial grumpiness. I guess we all have bad days.
