Very good service although it sounds difficult to resend items we don't need. They keep 25% of the value of the good, plus fees to resend it by post, it's better for me to keep it even though I won't use it or it's gonna cost me more... I won't order with this company anymore just because of that... We should be free to send back an unopened good if we don't need it withtout any charge.
