We were disappointed not to get our order next day having ordered before 12 - however we were cutting it fine at 5 minutes to 12. Maybe the cut-off time should be earlier? Your helpful staff did contact me to check I'd ordered what I needed (she'd spotted an odd mixture of goods on the order) and also helped me correct an incorrect item, for which I was very grateful.
