So far...so good! We love the way it looks and feels. It was easy to lay but we were laying on a hard surface which made things easier I think. If I were having it put in place of an existing lawn I would get them to fit it. It's been down for about 2 months and looks great. I hope it looks as good in a couple of years time. Only time will tell.
