Product itself was great, has been down now a couple of months with no problems and looks very good, literature on how to lay the product was very comprehensive and the customer service from your staff was good. Delivery however was very very poor, not only was it delivered two days later than it was promised,I personally had to spend some time chasing up the package, it is not acceptable to blame geography for this (Peterhead, Scotland) as I paid £60 for the privelige
