H were booked in for appointment no one turned up! When I tried to call I were put through to head office and then forwarded to Hannah but apparently she were on holiday! So I waited in all afternoon! Someone came late next day and said I would receive a quote that evening and nothing! I had to chase it up and Hanna were rude shouting at me down the phone! Which ended hostile to say the least! I have never experienced this has I am a customer and were willing to hire this company! Waisted of my time! No feed back! No communication at all! So would not recommend! Go with a reliable company please red flags should have been from first let down!

My family have lazy lawn installed and haven’t had an issue. Through no fault of theirs, my area franchise has gone out of business when my lawn was due to be fit 3 days later. I contacted lazy lawn to explain that I’ve waited for 6 weeks and it got cancelled 3 days before. I was assured I would be contacted that afternoon or the next morning. I wasn’t, nor the next day. I’m now left with a garden of soil with absolutely no support, contact, way forward from Lazy Lawn. Terrible customer service

This is a warning to other customers to NOT use this company. We were told we had to pay a deposit, which was £9000 before they would schedule us in for our lawn. We were told it would be a 3 week wait. Guy bonds lack of communication skills is shocking, he has told us now twice that they are going to come, then cancels the day before. It has now been 5 weeks since our payment. He has just told us again the night before he’s trying to arrange our install, would we consider using a partner ! Appalling customer service

Very pleasant staff at the end of the phone, but after many promises, nobody called me back to make an appointment. I was keen but clearly they didn't want the work. I just wish they had told me that so I didn't have to waste my and their time with constant phone calls.

Had lawn fitted 2 yrs ago called a chap called Guy in August a chap called Alex came to see the lawn in September & said there was a problem with it after a lot of calls & emails he came back in November with his power tools but it didn’t fix the issue & he got in touch with Guy & told him about the problem know I’ve been told lazy lawn are not going to do nothing I had a 10 yr guarantee with the lawn which means nothing . So be careful. Paul

Ordered New Monarch grass, received Elmer ... phoned they told me it was New Monarch. Required some more they gave me better deal... no wonder they sent me Elmer again which is much cheaper than the one i paid for the first time.... dont trust them....

Terrible delivery time when it came all the accessories weren't there when you run a business this not acceptable Delivery driver was great and very helpful

We would like to apologise for this. We implemented a new system a short while ago and there was a small error from one of our staff whilst getting used to the new system. We are continuously striving to improve our service to make sure this type of thing doesn’t happen again.

Sadly will not be recommending this company. I clearly set out what I wanted for my garden space and had multiple email conversations back and forth to iron out the detail. In the end I was completely miss sold products. I was sold a bevel edge that is clearly too small to fit with the foam purchased from the company. I was sold glue that simply does stick the lawn to the foam, advised not to buy any joint tape. When calling up for assistance regarding the bevel edging I was told that I should have spoken to a 'technical person and the one who dealt withy order was not experienced (why did he not make this known?) The technical personal was supposed to get in touch with me to help the situation, that was a few weeks ago now. Look elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies.

Customer service is rubbish my lawn had three parallel lines in it over a 5metre length laid professionally and they said they were caused by being folded I ask you how can that be done. it would have to have been folded four times. asked for someone to come and inspect it No Reply I ought to resort to court action but am in my seventies and isolating . Wish I hadn't bothered.

Very poor customer service. One roll of grass turned up 200mm short and ragged end. Looked like i was sent out the end of a short roll. Took pictures and emailed them. After over a week someone did respond but even after repeated request no one bothered to pick up the phone to speak to me about it. Was given £30 back without me even agreeing to it. This didn’t even cover the delivery cost I was charged or the shortfall in material I paid for. There is a lot of competition out there for this type of product. Based on their service wouldn’t recommend

We have spent the last week preparing the garden for the delivery of our grass. We have waited all morning for delivery and had a phone call to say it's not coming. Out disabled daughter now cannot play in the garden and has The government letter to shield for 12 weeks.. We have spent 2k and now have a garden We can't use.. Don't trust this company please.

It is regretful that this situation has occurred but as we explained to you, our driver has broken down en route this morning. We have the AA en route to him but there is no guarantee how long the recovery will take or even if they can get him back on the road. Our driver will not have anywhere to stay in Scotland due to COVID 19 so we have to make sure we can get him back to the depot in Derbyshire. We are working on reduced staffing levels at the moment and therefore, as explained, we are not going to be in your area for delivery again until next week which we will make sure that you are on that route. I am really sorry this has happened but it is something that is completely out of our control.

Still waiting for delivery...……awful customer services when we called them to see why it wasn't delivered, promised call back and received none!!Would not recommend to others.

utter rubbish. 2 days in, several hours after I was told my grass was on it's way - someone rang to say they couldn't find it. Strange because they said it was dispatched? They offered me, I think, a £fiver to choose something else! Given all the delay, muppetry and pathetic offer - I declined.

Hello Mr Booth I am sorry to hear about your experience however I am not sure you have the right Artificial Grass Company as I have tried to investigate and I have no details either through our website ordering system or direct. There are other companies with similar names to ours, unless it was ordered in another name?
