“Really pleased with service provided, following on from placing the order online (Woodland) I received a call to confirm a suitable delivery, however I ordered a section 5.6m x 3.0m and there was a mis-stitched (hole) in the roll which luckily managed to fall within the off cuts.”

“We're over the moon with our Lazy Lawn garden! Superior finish- looks like a magazine garden! They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and needs and were so conscientious about keeping costs down without compromising on quality. The attention to detail and creativity is amazing. Goes without saying we had no qualms about leaving them to it with full access to our home when we weren't there. We'd recommend without hesitation.”

“We had our lawn laid today. Have to say we are absolutely delighted with the result. The whole process has been a joy. From initial contact with Nicole at the office to the quote visit and installation it has gone like clockwork. The installation team arrived bang on time (actually fitted us in a day early) and worked until the job was completed. Cleaned up after them and left very happy customers. I would highly recommend this company for your artificial grass”

“We have just had our front garden transformed by LazyLawn/Lancashire. The LZ team led[led by Trevor McVitie, with Dave and Zach'] worked tirelessly throughout the day and we were really impressed with their attention to detail and thoroughness. Even clearing up the site afterwards was meticulous [many thanks to Dave and Zach']. Our new garden/lawn is superb and is admired by all our neighbours and passers by. We chose LazyLawn after discussing the product with a home-owner in another part of Ainsdale. Apart from any other consideration, their installation was completed about 11 years ago and it looks as good as new today! In our experience we would recommend LazyLawn to anyone and we consider the high standard of the product and the installation skills of the fitters provide excellent value for money.”

“Whilst I am quite happy with the product and the price, it was disappointing to have had to pay someone to wait on site on the pre-arranged delivery day, only for the grass not to arrive. When contacted by Tufnells, the transport company used by Artificial Grass Direct, they were very apologetic but it still cost me a days' wages for a labourer to hang around all day. The finished garden look good, however.”

“My order was dealt with professionally, efficiently and promptly. After receiving this product i fitted it myself and am delighted with the finish. The Artificial grass is of a weave that looks stunning. Thank you.”

“utter rubbish. 2 days in, several hours after I was told my grass was on it's way - someone rang to say they couldn't find it. Strange because they said it was dispatched? They offered me, I think, a £fiver to choose something else! Given all the delay, muppetry and pathetic offer - I declined.”

Hello Mr Booth I am sorry to hear about your experience however I am not sure you have the right Artificial Grass Company as I have tried to investigate and I have no details either through our website ordering system or direct. There are other companies with similar names to ours, unless it was ordered in another name?
