“Having obtained three ridiculously high quotes for laying artificial lawn from contractors who thought that pacing out a distance was an accurate form of measurement, it was refreshing to have a company turn up who were completely professional from start to finish. From measuring up and providing samples to clearing up after them and taking away the rubbish I cannot speak highly enough of them. Well done LazyLawn.”

“We had a hiccup at first, my order had been lost but when I phoned to check why I hadn’t heard from them they were straight on it and apologised and proceeded with my order everything went fine we now have grass, haven’t fitted it yet but I was well pleased with the service thank you”

“Great price and the product is of great quality too. Did not make to just send out 1 driver to deliver a 200KG plus roll and needed 2 additional people to help the driver lift it out of the delivery vehicle.”

“The grass is superb and I wouldn’t go elsewhere for it. That said they need to work on their communication my phone calls were not returned and the chat function on the website gave no reply either.”

“I found the guys who installed our artificial lawn efficient and professional I am extremely satisfied with the work done , and the result . My only gripe , would be is that it cost me nearly £300 for a skip , when the surplus material , could have easily been taken away in the more than amply spaced vans . Food for thought ?”

“Everything arrived as ordered, Driver very helpful, generally a good experience and I will use the company again. Could definite though from slightly better communication regarding delivery, when etc. order confirmation occurred in timely fashion, but updates about where in the dispatch, delivery process we were slow. 🙂”

“I can not fault the service from stock and availability to the professional and helpful conduct of their call team. However the delivery charge is extremely expensive without any flexibility even with regards to ordering high volume so sadly that looks to be a game changer with future purchases for me. A better balance should be found.”
