“The sales team (Sean and Lak) were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. The installation was done promptly and quickly. So far (two weeks in) the product is exactly what we hoped for. I would recommend them.”

“Basically, I was very pleased with the effect of the actual lawn itself, but there were just one or two points I would make: a) Regrettably, two of the machines failed to function properly and quite some time was spent attempting to repair them, without success. This meant a great deal of the machine work had to be carried out using hand tools. b) A member of the installation team asked where I wanted the top edge of the lawn to finish and I indicated that I would like it to be at the point where the old lawn finished and to be parallel to the front of the shed. Unfortunately, the line of the new lawn was 23ins away from the shed at one end and only 19ins at the other, which was somewhat disappointing, especially as my career as a draughtsman causes me to be aware of these discrepancies. I do not wish to be too critical of the team that came because I found them to be helpful and amiable in every other way, but as the work involved a sizeable sum of money, I would like to have felt more satisfied with the result. “We had problem with grass out of stock but AGD sorted other arrangements very quickly. However note that 8 x 4 metres of grass is very heavy for two people and only one man in delivery vehicle. Don't forget to buy spare Stanley knife blades for cutting and trimming. I used 7 blades.”

“Really the product And The service deserve 6/5! Yeh 6/5 Well why have I put 4/5 you might ask? We here goes everything about this system and how friendly the staff were (Hayden and Amanda plus the other guys) The craftsmanship and the exceptional customer first approach was commendable right down to the checking out their own lawns and the advice on which quality to have. The quality of the product - several people asked me how much time I spend on my lawn grounds keeping it to a putting lawn standard (at first glimpse people truly believe it is a first class real lawn) None of it can be knocked My only gripe is of the cost of installation - which is good for business on one sense and helps keep its exclusivity from a customer perspective. I just think as a business model, if it were cheaper to install many, many more people would have it! In a nut shell 1) service great 2) product great 3) the extra life you get not having to mow the lawn or tidy the garden (It always seems like you've just had the landscape gardeners in five minutes ago) What can possibly be wrong with that - spending time relaxing in the garden, not spending time WORKING in the garden) 4) down side - it's not cheap but suppose you could say " you pay for what you get" Question "would I pay the same money again to have it done?" Answer "yes - in a heartbeat!" Thank you Hayden and lazy lawn for the best money I've spent on the house, but it could be made cheaper for the masses and a full order book for the next twenty years If I were selfish though - yes not everybody has got it or the extra time to spend relaxing on it! Mark O PS I've put stripes in mine using a hover with the vacuumed bag detached - the stripes last about three days however it does take away that "not having to work in your garden" advantage - ok in preparation for the posh BBQs then????”

“We had our Astroturf fitted last Thursday and the installers were brilliant. They were extremely helpful and explained everything that they were doing. If I wasn't sure about something then they went out of their way to make sure that I did before doing the work. The four of them were very professional and very hard working, we would definitely recommend them. Our garden looks so much better than it did and our children are loving being able to play in it each evening. A really good job.”

“We got Lazylawn laid last September at the front and back of the house. We have been delighted with the product; over the winter it was lovely to be able to look out on 'green' grass. At the beginning of the growing season it was great not to have to start cutting and trimming the edges. The only thing we hadn't thought about was that because of the sand sprinkled on the surface, wind blown seeds have germinated, and weed are growing around the edges. Some of them have been easily removed whilst others are a bit more stubborn. However, now know to use Roundup on them! Generally a great product. Thank you”

“They've done a very good job and the lawn looks fantastic. The chap for the quote came on time and on schedule, was willing to be competitive on pricing (though this is a very good product, so don't expect rock bottom pricing) and the installation team did everything on time and on schedule. They only missed the five star rating because the installation guy initially was grumpy and started saying lots of things weren't right and was generally complaining about nothing. But as soon as he cheered up, he turned into a nice guy. He later apologised for his initial grumpiness. I guess we all have bad days.”

“My contacts with the two Sean's from Lazy lawn in my Buccks Berks area was a bit hiit and miss...but both gents extremely helpful and polite....but gave me no idea of huge operation with lorry/van in my small close!....anyway worked out fine ...as the guys did an excellent job...took ages for accounts dept to bill me!!”

“I like the quality of the product . I ordered funky passion red. Think this is more burgundy in colour . should have asked ask for a sample that's my fault. But getting to like more now. I did not have to contact you about delivery I think it would have been nice to have been offered date. I did your terms and condition's but needed to make arrangements for someone to be at the address. If ordered I would make sure I ordered it knowing how quick you wanted sent out. I am pleased with the effect. And would order again if needed but would get samples of the colours next time. Yours sincerely Ginette”
