“I am extremely happy with the new lawns at both my front and back gardens. The works were carried out in an very professional manner and the workmen cleared all the mess etc before finishing the works. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and look forward to a very work free future in my garden.”

“I had my lawn replaced with the signature lazy lawn which looks very realistic and has already received much admiration from those that have seen it. The whole process from the initial survey and consultation through to the actual installation were carried out in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering an artificial lawn. In fact a friend has already asked me for their name having visited me a few days ago.”

“Of all the work we've had done on our house, both me and my wife agreed this was the best use of our funds. Really top quality work from an expert team - and there were some very fiddly areas for the installation to get round. If you live in the south east and you're very specifically able to have Sean Hanrahan provide an estimate and Tom's crew do the actual work, then you're likely to be as delighted as we were. Thank you.”

“I like the quality of the product . I ordered funky passion red. Think this is more burgundy in colour . should have asked ask for a sample that's my fault. But getting to like more now. I did not have to contact you about delivery I think it would have been nice to have been offered date. I did your terms and condition's but needed to make arrangements for someone to be at the address. If ordered I would make sure I ordered it knowing how quick you wanted sent out. I am pleased with the effect. And would order again if needed but would get samples of the colours next time. Yours sincerely Ginette”

“Great service from Haydn and the whole team. The lawn has transformed the little patch of mud our son plays football on. Now he has beautiful green grass. he loves it and so do we. It looks great from the window. When the rain stops and the sun comes out we will see what its like to sit on!!”

“After placing order for next day delivery, the delivery company that was used failed to deliver and then could not find our product. When found said they would deliver next working day which again they failed and when delivered the following day the product was damaged and bent. Lazy lawn however had fantastic customer service and dispatched a new one which promptly arrived the next day with a fantastic courier. Although we appreciate that it's not lazy lawns fault with the original courier but the delivery service was awful. Lazy lawns product is excellent, would thoroughly recommend it and will purchase more in the future and I would be willing to pay a little extra for their own courier to deliver. I wish to thank the excellent customer service they gave me and were in constant contact to resolve our issue and I would certainly thoroughly recommend them even with the above issue.”

“As I explained in my telephone conversation with you, I met Jim over the weekend and he asked me to put a testimonial of sorts re my artificial grass laid in 2002. Here goes: My artificial grass has been laid for over 13 years now in both back and front gardens - a rectangular lawn at the front of the house and landscaped lawn at the rear. Both lawns have now stood the test of time in all possible weather conditions and get walked on whenever necessary. After brushing with a stiff broom, they look just as good as new. Indeed, passers-by and visitors often put their hands on it to see if it is real grass! The lawns have looked superb throughout the time that they have been laid. A great testimonial to your company's product and for me, money very well spent!”

“I used to have a beautiful lawn until my puppy Amber ruined it. I had Lazylawn installed and I am so happy with the effect. It looks like something out of a magazine, it is so nice, and Amber loves it. A good job done and I would absolutely recommend anyone to have it done, it's amazing!”

“The installation was carried out by IAN HOWE LANDSCAPING LTD, WASHINGTON TYNE & WEAR. Great service and outcome. The two young lads who installed the lawn found an initial problem with the estimate and came up with a solution on the spot. They were well mannered and worked hard, explaining as they went along. Would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing for a complete service. David A Burns Forest Hall Newcastle upon Tyne.”

“Great product and quick service but crap delivery! The guy just abandoned my order at the side of my house! My partner had a broken leg and could not carry it in the house. I had to leave work to go straight home to bring it insde before it got pinched !!!!!!!!”

Thank you for your comments and your valued custom. The couriers are only insured to leave the goods at the front of the property. They are not insured to carry items through the house, upstairs etc. This is explained in the order confirmation.

“Excellent service all the way through, Lak who did the site visit initially really knows his stuff and totally understood our needs, Tom and the guys who fitted the lawn worked really hard and professionally on a bank holiday, so quiet as well you wouldn't have known they were there. The lawn looks amazing, no more mowing and weeding - fantastic!”
