“I have used Artificial Grass direct many times in the past but my recent experience fell well below the standards I have come to expect. This was actually very disappointing because I'm now thinking about seeking other options. However they did give a little gesture of goodwill to try and compensate for any inconvenience.”

“John and his crew worked very professionally in snow, rain, sleet and winds to deliver a 1st class artificial lawn. Right from the 1st visit John explained how he would carry out the work that we wanted him to do. This was confirmed in an email along with a required deposit if we wished to go ahead. No pressure at all from John. Deposit paid and he informed us when he would start. As I mentioned weather conditions were awful, but the crew just got on with it, explaining in detail every process. Left the garden and drive in a very clean condition, Highly recommend LazyLawn, John and his crew.”

“All team members friendly but professional. Hard working and conscientious. Do what they say they'll do when they say they will. Excellent customer service. I feel reassured by not having to pay a penny until it's finished and I'm happy with everything. Beautiful workmanship.”

“The customer is king A very professional group of people. From the initial meeting to the conclusion of the job - I was given sound advice and kept informed of progress throughout. There was no pressure to accept the estimate - I was given time to consider all the advice given The work was completed as per the Trusted Code of Conduct and as per initial agreement. All timelines were promptly met. The work was completed with good humour and to a very high standard. My property was respected throughout. Going forward there are no expectations of problems, but I feel sure that should any arise - they would be professionally met and resolved. read less”

“Hi, Very happy with out recent install the install Guys were polite and professional. It isn't a cheap product but to keep laying turf with two dogs wouldn't be feasible. The job was done in a day and has made a massive difference to our small garden. The grass is great and the dogs love it. Highly recommended by me Thanks Lazylawn Gary.”
