“We are delighted with the result. We had 9 square metres of grass in the back garden where it took much longer to get the mower out of the shed and plugged in than to mow the lawn. Edgeing took even longer. The grass always looked poor, especially down by the shed where it was mostly in the shade. Drainage was also a problem leaving it very boggy after rain. Now we have a great looking patch of lawn with no real maintenance, fantastic drainage and space in the shed where the lawn mower and extension cables were. Installation was done in a day with all the waste taken away. The site was left cleaner and tidier than when the installers arrived and we are very pleased with the fit and finish. All in all a great job.”

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. Springfield Curl, the item you ordered, is a low pile product and is more like a bowling green finish and less of a garden lawn finish. Springfield Curl is usually perfect for display purposes but it does not have blades of grass like our 'Fresh' product for example - another popular product for displays. Please bare us in mind for future projects. Our Customer Service team can assist and advise you further.

“Excellent job, really looks fantastic. The day of installation went smoothly. Old lawn looked a right mess because of the dog. New lawn dog friendly, he loves it as much as me.”

“arrived on the due date , and was laid by a carpet fitter 24 hrs later. were delighted with it . it looks good and allows the water to drain away with the new subsoil fitted.we were going to have flags laid and were glad we didn't. the cat and dog like it as well.”

“Our Lazy Lawn was laid about 2 weeks ago and we are extremely pleased with it - it looks great. The 2 guys turned up early and immediately got on with the job. They cleaned up properly after them and told us how to care for the lawn. Have recommended to my friend. Fantastic service, thank you”

“*** Recieved a partial refund on the delivery charge *** Ordered a lawn from 'Lazy Lawn' paying over £60 for next day delivery. Took a day off work to wait in for it to arrive and despite a number of phone calls to their sales team the lawn didn't arrive. Had to take a second day off work to take delivery. Contacted the company for a partial refund for the next day deliver service I didn't receive and having been given the run around for 4 weeks now ... I have now recieved a partial refund.”

“Haven't laid the lawn yet but the service thus far is good. Asked for lengths to be cut for me and they were happy to do that, delivery was timely and the driver more than willing to offload the somewhat heavy rolls to wherever I wanted. No issues with dealing on line with this company.”

“We absolutely love our new lawn. Hadyn and his team made every step very simple, coming out times during our extension work to check measurements, go through what would happen etc so we were completely happy before they arrived. The grass is great, within half an hour of heavy rain, my little boy and the dog can be running around and rolling on the grass without getting wet or dirty. Should have done it years ago.”

“I made the order by 10am on the Monday only to be told that my order would not be delivered until the Wednesday. Whilst the grass delivered was just as advertised and has transformed my garden I would not recommend relying on next day delivery as marketed.”
