“Very good service although it sounds difficult to resend items we don't need. They keep 25% of the value of the good, plus fees to resend it by post, it's better for me to keep it even though I won't use it or it's gonna cost me more... I won't order with this company anymore just because of that... We should be free to send back an unopened good if we don't need it withtout any charge.”

“I have just laid the grass,we chose the wonder yarn 36mm.I must say it looks fantastic. Feels really soft to walk on. The join I had to make you can not see it.Thanks for a great product”

“Eugene and his team from the Southend branch came at the exact time advised, worked tirelessly and completed the job in a day, just as he had predicted. Our lawn looks amazing now and haven't stopped sitting and looking at it for the last 8 hrs!. I would definitely recommend Lazylawn and would give them an amazing 6 stars if I could. Thanks. “Lee Giles and his colleague have executed a fantastic finish to the work carried out today. Lee was spot on with his survey and price. A couple of people were looking at the easigrass product at Whitehall garden centre over the weekend and I persuaded them to contact Lazy lawn. I am delighted with Lee's service and prompt attention. “The Lazylawn (Dorset) team were excellent, very professional and hard working, in spite of a few setbacks. Firstly, the turf cutter broke down so the original lawn had to be removed by hand which took longer than expected. Secondly the transport delivering the new lawn broke down and arrived a day late. The team were undaunted by this and carried on cheerfully. We are very pleased with the result. A few neighbours have inpected the result and were very impressed. We would certainly recommend Lazylawn. We obtained quotes from two other suppliers, but these were not as profesional in their presentation and attitude.”

“Website was simple, fast and efficient with no problems ordering and the process was very good. However I have chosen a normal rating due to the delivery. It was noted down as next day delivery (I placed my order Friday night) therefore due to the bank holiday I wasn't expecting delivery until Wednesday. I received a telephone call on Tuesday to say delivery would be on Thursday. I felt this was excellent service getting a telephone call to say when the delivery was (even if it was a day late). Waited until 04:00pm on Thursday until I called to ask when the delivery would arrive to be told that it was never picked up from the depot and it would be delivered between 08:30am and 12:00pm on Friday. Again waited until 12:30pm still no delivery. Called to enquiry again and before they called back the delivery arrived at 01:00pm (one week after I placed my order to be delivered next day) After a good start with quick and simple order process and efficient service I was disappointed with the delivery. I have expressed my disappointment to Lazy Lawn however I am yet to receive a response.”

“Our lazy lawn has been down six weeks and has made a,really significant improvement to our garden. We had poor lawns which defied all attempts to improve them. The Derbyshire Team do a really good job and the contours are very natural. The dog loves it, so do the pigeons and snails!”
