“I've had the artificial grass on my windy, sunny roof for over a year now and it still looks great. Easy to maintaing. Nice underfoot too. Very pleased.”

“This was the 1st "astroturf" lawn my garden chap had ever fitted - and it went down like a dream! We get lots of praise for the way it looks and acts and many of my wife's customers (she grooms dogs) have installed a similar lawn since! One little drawback - if you have lots of dogs they do pee on the lawn (that is what it's there for) but in the warm dry weather it starts to pong a bit so we found a product called Pet Whiff Off which we apply once a fortnight and it keeps the pong at bay. Now it has rained a few times the problem has disappeared and yes, I did water the lawn regularly in hot weather which is why I only needed to add the pong remover once a fortnight - it would have been every 4 or 5 days otherwise! But we love the lawn to bits!”

“Very impressed with speedy and efficient service from Evergreen. I phoned on Wednesday enquiring about a buying more of a product I purchased nearly 2 years ago. I wanted to purchase more of the same product but couldn't remember the name.The lady who took my call was able to look up the previous order and identify the product by name. She said that it had been discontinued but was sure there would be some left. My order arrived first thing on the Friday morning. An excellent, helpful company!”

“I ordered because it said on the website that it was next day delivery. I ordered early in the morning only to then be told it was the following day delivery and not next day. The delivery costs were very high and also the prices were misleading as they excluded VAT. I was not offered any compensation for the way I was misled and will never recommend them.”

“very good product, delivered quickly with no fuss, we originally ordered 4m wide lawn, then realised we wouldn't be able to handle the sheer size and weight of the product, so changed the order and had more joins, but worked out over £280 cheaper.The other confusion was the DIY instructions were not ideal, and when speaking to the boss of Evergreen, he said that they install it differently to how its shown on the diy instruction, and even the preparation of the sub base is different. But overall very pleased with how it looks.”

“I have had my artificial lawn for over a year now and it looks even better than ever - I get so many good comments about it and enquiries about where I got it from. It coped brilliantly in the snow. The reason I chose Evergreens is that they were the only company that supplied the exact size I wanted. Now, just a quick brush with a garden broom and it looks great. You can even put plant pots on top with no adverse affect. Wish I'd known about it before I had my back garden paved.”

“Excellent service from Dallan Tan who helped me with ordering from my drawings/measurements. Went for the Wonder Yarn 26mm and laid it myself on pre-prepared base. Looks stunning and has received lots of positive comments. Highly recommended product and company.”

“So far...so good! We love the way it looks and feels. It was easy to lay but we were laying on a hard surface which made things easier I think. If I were having it put in place of an existing lawn I would get them to fit it. It's been down for about 2 months and looks great. I hope it looks as good in a couple of years time. Only time will tell.”

“Absolutely chuffed - I have purchased 2 years on the trot to cover my 2 sets of decking - I stroll out with my slippers on and it's just like walking on a carpet - I spoke to the same lady 2 years running who was helpfulness in abundance - can't recommend this company high enough - many thanks .”

“Initially customer service was brilliant then the sales agent changed the delivery date to what she thought best and resulting in massive problems. The customer service after delivery was non exsistant, and all emails ignored. Disgraceful. Lovely delivery man though”
