“This is my second purchase from this company of the same product and won't be my last. Delivery was made to date, the sheer size was a little overwhelming but it was what was ordered. I particularly like the weed control sheet. I have used a lot of different types in my work, but this was one of the better versions; dense but malleable. The particular grass will last for (hopefully) a long time and was laid over a mound, for children to play on.”

“We have given our garden a complete makeover this year. Block paving,new fencing but most important an imitation lawn. The best thing we have ever done. I would certainly recommend this to anyone. A brilliant job from start to finish .well done!”

“Laid it myself very easy and should have done it years ago. No more grass cutting, kids and dog happy to play on it. Get best quality you can afford, it's worth it and will last years. Very happy customer!”

“I would suggest when laying the sand that u must use a spreader. I did a couple of metres by spreading with a spade and could not get rid of the lumps. I used a 37mm grass, in hindsight I would use a shorter one (22mm?) as there is less resistance when walking on it. I did a lot of research, and on balance found this the best product. Overall, very impressed. Rod/Orpington”

“The grass is an excellent quality and actually looks like mown grass, everyone admires it. Minor niggle, they spelt my name wrong, and even though I informed them of this, they still sent this email with the name spelt wrong. So, after sales service, isn't that hot.”

“Grass is great, service would have been good if the correct size had of been delivered , causing less expense for time & fitting. No response or compensation from Evergreen for the extra expenses incurred.”

“Product itself was great, has been down now a couple of months with no problems and looks very good, literature on how to lay the product was very comprehensive and the customer service from your staff was good. Delivery however was very very poor, not only was it delivered two days later than it was promised,I personally had to spend some time chasing up the package, it is not acceptable to blame geography for this (Peterhead, Scotland) as I paid £60 for the privelige”

“Sir/Madam When I purchased from you for overseas use and export I informed your staff of my intention and made it clear. I was reassured that once the order arrives abroad and I produce an overseas receipt then VAT will be reimbursed. However, when I tried, the person to whom I was referred to, Ms Sally Footitt, has refused to refund the VAT owed to me. My correspondence with Sally was in March of this year. Kind regards and I await your response. Shafiq Harris”
