“The balcony of my apartment was sad and grey, but now it’s transformed! As soon as I called Lazy Lawn, I knew I’d found the ideal solution to brighten up my home and the perfect people to help me achieve it. I now have an extra room! The lawn is so soft and lush that I can almost sleep on it! It’s given me an awesome outside space that’s easy to maintain and that’s so precious in a busy city. The service was efficient, professional and super fast. The guys were amazing and made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. It’s the best home improvement I’ve ever made! Now I have a bijou balcony! Bonnie Langford”

“I paid a significant amount of money to have both my front and back gardens fitted with artificial grass by LazyLawn/SportsMasters UK, so I expected a high-quality installation and excellent customer service. I tried to upload the photos but it won’t let me. The two installers were polite and friendly, and the artificial grass itself appears to be good quality. However, the installation was completed in around six hours, and since then I have had grass and plants growing around the edges and even through the artificial grass in places. This is not what I expected from a premium installation. I raised my concerns with Gavin Brown shortly after the installation last year. He called me and told me this was “normal” and advised me to use weed killer. While I understand that no artificial lawn can guarantee that weeds will never appear, I know several people in the same area who have had artificial grass installed and do not have these issues, which made me question whether my installation had been carried out properly. When I contacted the company again, I was disappointed with the response. Rather than investigating the issues shown in my photographs or offering a practical solution, I was told the installation was “working as designed.” I also received an email stating that because the company had over 15 years’ experience installing LazyLawn products and over 20 years in business, my concerns had little substance if I was unwilling to accept their explanation. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional, particularly as I was simply asking them to address the issues I had raised. For the amount of money I paid, I expected my concerns to be taken seriously and for the company to work with me to resolve them. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Based on the quality of the installation and the aftercare I received, I would not recommend this company. I would encourage anyone considering artificial grass to research installers carefully and choose one that stands behind its work and supports customers when genuine concerns are raised.”

“LazyLawn have been fantastic from start to finish. Haydn came initially to give us a quote on the day. He is honest and fair with no pushy salesmen tactics. I was explained the whole process from start to finish. Haydn and his team arrived promptly on day of install and were a pleasure to have doing work at my property. The end result is brilliant. I would definitely recommend LazyLawn and their whole team to anyone interested in making the same change.”

“Quality product. The finished product is a great addition to our garden. The weather was not helpful to the laying of the lawn but with the tremendous work ethic of all the staff it was completed promptly. Wonderful job and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Haydn and his Guys from Lazylawn Stretton Burton on Trent recently installed a synthetic lawn for us in Rolleston on Dove. We are delighted with it. It looks amazing. They arrived when they said they would and worked extremely hard finishing the work in a few hours. They left the site clean and tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending them .”

“H were booked in for appointment no one turned up! When I tried to call I were put through to head office and then forwarded to Hannah but apparently she were on holiday! So I waited in all afternoon! Someone came late next day and said I would receive a quote that evening and nothing! I had to chase it up and Hanna were rude shouting at me down the phone! Which ended hostile to say the least! I have never experienced this has I am a customer and were willing to hire this company! Waisted of my time! No feed back! No communication at all! So would not recommend! Go with a reliable company please red flags should have been from first let down!”

“Big shout out to Lak and Lazy Lawn North London for doing an incredible job. From start to finish Lak and his team were incredibly professional and diligent. Lak brings a wealth of experience which helped us to design and maximise the space in our garden. The team worked tirelessly in tough January conditions, but even rain, sleet and occasional snow couldn’t stop them. They also did a great job tiling our patio and reinforcing our fences. They really do provide the full package! We are thrilled with how the garden looks and our children are loving their new playing surface. Amazing job, thank you!”
